Job Description

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of the company. The role is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, as well as working closely with other departments to ensure that sales and marketing goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales and marketing goals are met
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Provide training and mentoring to sales and marketing team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Achievement of annual sales and marketing goals
  • Retention of key customers
  • Improvement in customer satisfaction scores
  • Increase in revenue 20% annually
  • Improve lead generation and conversion rates

Requirements

To be considered for this role, it is mandatory that you have the capability to commute or relocate to the WattLogic corporate office located in Phoenix, AZ. Additionally, please note that this position requires you to work in-person.

Salary Range:

$115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year + Commission/Bonus pay
